Marina Držića 1, Zagreb, Croatia, is processing abovementioned personal data in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). In accordance with the GDPR requirements and principles of fairness and transparency, we are providing you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data.
Association OSVIT, as the Controller, collects abovementioned personal data for the purpose of data subject’s participation on 14th International Conference 2018. in Zadar, Croatia, as well as the supporting purposes of organising the Conference and informing data subject of its organization and program.
Providing of personal data is voluntary and is considered as consent for processing as herein defined, which constitutes a basis for lawful processing in accordance with the GDPR principle of lawfulness. The Data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time by sending the request on mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Association OSVIT won’t disclose or transfer your personal data to any third parties, nor use it for any other purpose other than herein defined.
Collected data will be stored for the period necessary for fulfilment of the purpose of processing, in accordance with the principle of storage limitation, or until the withdrawal of consent.
Association OSVIT guarantees the realisation of data subject’s rights to access, rectification and erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to object and right to data portability.
